In her new role, Lenox will oversee the expansion and development of National Accounts, which cater to large employers with over 3,000 employees, as well as Taft-Hartley and federal plan employers and broker exchanges. She will join the U.S. Employer senior leadership team, collaborating with executives across the company to drive innovation and enhance the value provided to employer clients and their employees.

Bringing 25 years of experience to her new position, Lenox previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she led the Commercial and National Market segments. Before that, she was a lead consultant in the health and benefits practice at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on large, complex employers.
Lenox holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Yale University. She has also served as President of the New England Employee Benefits Council and as a board member of Consortium Health Plans.
