Rakez has introduced a new Workers Protection Insurance Programme aimed at enhancing the financial security of employees at Rakez-registered companies. This initiative, which replaces current visa deposit requirements, provides coverage for unpaid salaries, end-of-service gratuity, repatriation costs, and work-related injuries.
The programme aligns with the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation’s goals and Ras Al Khaimah’s vision for improved worker welfare. The official launch, attended by Rakez Group CEO Ramy Jallad and Rakinsurance CEO Sanjeev Badyal, underscores a commitment to better employee protection and support for local economic and social development.
Jallad highlighted the programme’s role in providing a secure environment for workers, while Badyal emphasized the partnership’s dedication to enhancing employee welfare.
