Everest Group, Ltd., based in Bermuda, has appointed Bill Hazelton as Executive Vice President of Everest Insurance® and President of North America Insurance. Hazelton, with over three decades of industry experience, succeeds Mike Mulray, who is leaving the company for other opportunities.
Hazelton’s extensive background includes leadership roles at Chubb, where he served as Head of US Retail Casualty and North America Industry Practices. Jim Williamson, Everest Group COO, praised Hazelton’s leadership and strategic abilities, highlighting his role in advancing Everest’s North America Insurance business.
Everest President & CEO Juan C. Andrade welcomed Hazelton to the team while acknowledging Mulray’s contributions during his tenure. Hazelton’s appointment reinforces Everest’s commitment to enhancing its presence in the North American insurance market.
