Relation Insurance Services, a prominent insurance brokerage firm, has acquired the assets of Illinois-based H Group Benefits, Inc., a health insurance agency. The transaction was finalized on June 30, 2024, though the terms were not disclosed.

H Group Benefits, managed by David Heller, offers a full range of employee benefit insurance products. Heller will continue to lead the office under Relation Insurance Services.
