Australasian general insurance broker Steadfast Group has achieved the 17th position in AM Best’s 2024 Top 20 Global Insurance Brokers list. This marks a significant milestone for the company, as it is the highest-ranking newcomer on this year’s list.
The Steadfast Group generated $904.3 million in revenue in the previous fiscal year, underscoring its rapid growth and expansion. The fiscal year 2024 was pivotal for the company, particularly with its strategic move into the US market through the acquisition of ISU Group, as highlighted by Robert B. Kelly AM, Steadfast Group Founder, Managing Director, and CEO.
“This marks a new and exciting chapter for us, as research clearly shows that the value of brokers and agents is on the rise, with intermediaries capturing an increasing share of the direct market,” Kelly stated in a media release.
“As we continue to adapt and grow, maintaining the scale and strength of our network remains a top priority. We are looking forward to leveraging our strengths in the coming financial year,” he added.
