Selection Process for Top Employers
The identification of these top employers commenced with an invitation to organizations across the region to submit comprehensive employer forms outlining their workplace offerings and practices. Following this, employees from the nominated companies participated in an anonymous survey, rating their workplaces on a scale from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) in key categories, including:

To qualify for inclusion in the final list, each organization needed to receive a minimum number of employee responses based on its size. Those achieving an average satisfaction score of 75% or higher were recognized as Top Insurance Employers for 2024.
