Her extensive background includes a pivotal role as group operations director at Fullerton Health Singapore, where she previously served before assuming the COO position. Prior to her tenure at Fullerton Health, Tsia held senior positions at prominent firms including AIA, Cigna, and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore.
Tsia holds a degree in actuarial science and statistics from the University of Calgary in Canada, underscoring her strong academic foundation in the field. Lockton expressed confidence in Tsia’s ability to drive growth and operational excellence, citing her leadership in expanding business portfolios and establishing transformative initiatives.
Reporting directly to Lockton Singapore CEO Fred Boles and regional COO Phil Corrigan, Tsia is poised to play a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s strategic objectives and enhancing its market position.
