NexPhase Capital has made a strategic investment in Insurance Systems Inc. (ISI), though the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed. This infusion of capital is intended to drive ISI’s growth in existing markets, facilitate its entry into new regions, and enhance its product suite, with a focus on integration, implementation speed, and advanced analytics for both new and existing clientele.
Founded in 1997 and based in Toronto, Canada, ISI is a prominent provider of policy administration systems for property and casualty insurance carriers operating across the United States, Canada, and other international markets. Its premier offering, ISI Enterprise, supports insurers in managing the entire policy lifecycle, encompassing administration, claims processing, billing, accounting, and reinsurance operations.
The new funding from NexPhase will be instrumental in sustaining ISI’s growth momentum, advancing product integrations, accelerating implementation timelines, and refining its analytics capabilities. Additionally, this investment will support ISI’s strategic expansion into adjacent markets and ongoing enhancements to its product lineup.
Joel Killion, a partner at NexPhase, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are proud to partner with ISI, whose mission-critical software solutions and premier service have made the Company a partner-of-choice for customers in the property and casualty insurance industry.”
Killion further highlighted ISI’s strengths, saying, “With a flexible, highly configurable platform and strong existing industry relationships, ISI is well-positioned for continued growth. We look forward to working alongside Casey and the rest of the highly experienced management team to further ISI’s legacy of providing a leading platform and excellent service at scale.”
