Crawford & Company has introduced Japan Connect, a claims-handling model tailored for Japanese insurers operating in Asia. This new system ensures that claims managed outside Japan—such as in Singapore and Taiwan—are processed in accordance with Japanese business culture and customs.
Crawford Japan will oversee the process, providing guidance on Japanese etiquette and ensuring that all client communications are in Japanese. The initiative is led by Satoshi Yamazaki for ASEAN and Masakazu Nagumo for Greater China.
