HONG KONG — Manulife Investments has introduced the Manulife Hong Kong Series – Manulife Stable Fund, a new cash-parking solution aimed at providing investors with USD-denominated returns aligned with current money market rates.
Available through Manulife’s online fund platform, InvestChoice, as well as investment-linked assurance schemes (ILAS), the fund offers daily liquidity and is positioned as a flexible option for investors seeking stability amid volatile market conditions.
Formerly known as the Manulife Capital Conservative Fund, the product has been rebranded and repositioned following changes to its investment objective and policy, effective 28 March 2025.
The Manulife Stable Fund now focuses primarily on short-term, USD-denominated and settled deposits. It also invests in a range of money market instruments such as U.S. Treasury bills, certificates of deposit, commercial paper, and short-term corporate bonds.
The launch reflects Manulife’s efforts to meet growing demand for low-volatility, income-generating options in a high-interest-rate environment.
